Perimeter Capital Management is a registered investment adviser focused on the management of small capitalization domestic equities for institutional investors. Perimeter Capital is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm is conveniently
located in the “Central Perimeter” business district of Atlanta - aptly named
for the intersection of State Road Georgia 400 and Atlanta’s Perimeter formed by
Interstate 285. The company is majority owned by its employees with a minority
interest by
Rosemont Investment Partners LLC of West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
The firm offers separate account management to clients with a minimum investment
of $10 million. The investment team also manages the Perimeter Small Cap Growth
Fund, available in an Institutional and an Investor share class. ERISA plans
such as defined contribution and defined benefit also have access to the
Perimeter Small Cap Growth Collective Investment Trust.
