FIRM OVERVIEW
Perimeter Capital Management was established in 2006 by investment industry professionals who have been highly successful in key positions with their previous employer. Perimeter Capital Management has been verified for the periods 6/26/2006 through 6/30/2008 by Ashland Partners. A copy of the verification report is available upon request. Total assets under management as of 9/30/2008 were approximately $757 million comprised of corporate, non-profit and public fund clients.

Perimeter Capital Management’s goal is to be a world-class investment management boutique guided by three fundamental

business; (2) alignment of the goals and objectives of our firm with those of
our valued clients; and (3) dedication to quality service that builds long-term

INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
Our investment approach is based on the philosophy that a highly diversified portfolio of small cap growth
stocks can minimize the risk and volatility inherent in small cap investing
and, more importantly, do so without sacrificing the potential for total
return.
Perimeter’s investment strategy is founded on three (3)
fundamental principles:
Earnings, growth and improving fundamentals drive stock performance;
Diversification controls risk; and
The sell discipline is the critical link to successful stock selection.
